What we need, and what we never need
Most of the work uses only the content you give us. When we need access to your accounts, you stay in control.
What we need

- Your bank or card details (payments go through your payment provider)

You stay in control at every step
You keep your accounts
Your domain and hosting stay in your name, registered by you.
You add us as a collaborator
Where access is needed, you invite us as a collaborator or delegate. We never ask for your password.
We build and show you
You see a design preview first, then a working draft of the site before anything goes live.
Access ends at handoff
When we hand over your site, you remove our access, and we confirm in writing that we no longer use it. You can also remove us at any moment.
Safe by default
HTTPS everywhere
Every site is served over a secure connection.
Spam-protected forms
Contact and sign-up forms include spam protection.
Backups and updates
Included in monthly care. Without it, we hand you a short guide to keep your site safe yourself.
Payments stay with your provider
Online payments run through providers such as Stripe or PayPal, never through us.

Fixed price
You know the fee up front. It changes only if you ask for extra work, and only in writing.
Deposit-back guarantee
If the first design preview isn't right, tell us within 5 business days and your deposit is refunded in full.
Clear timelines
7 business days for a Launch Page and 10 for an Expert Site, counted from your deposit and content.
You own it
Design, content, files and domain are yours at handoff.
Confidentiality
We sign your NDA or provide a simple one on request.
Common questions
Who works on my site?
I lead every project and review everything before you see it. Independent specialists may help with parts of the work; they only receive what the job needs, and they never get your passwords.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. Where access is needed, you add us as a collaborator and can remove us at any time.
What if I don't like the design?
Tell us within 5 business days of the first design preview and we refund your deposit. After that, two rounds of changes are included.
Who owns the website?
You do: design, content, files and domain, handed over at launch.
Do you show previous work?
We are building our portfolio, so ask on a call and we will tell you honestly what we can show. That is why the deposit-back guarantee exists.
Who you're working with
I'm Kossi Sikpe, a DevOps and cloud infrastructure engineer based in the Twin Cities. I lead every project, from the first call to handoff.
Training in AWS, DevOps and Linux, a Google IT Support Professional certificate and a Java Backend Software Engineering certificate (Kenzie Academy at SNHU). I speak English and French.
